It has also come to our attention that Luckhurst is running a rogue underground
railroad for alleged crisis families, hiding them from CPS. However, there are reports
that certain of these hidden person(s) have committed violent crime(s), including causing
physical injury to others. Luckhurst reportedly continues to support abusive individual(s)
at the expense of the innocent victims. Participant(s) in this underground railroad should
be aware of the personal and legal risks of participating in Ms. Luckhursts rogue enterprise.

I recieved the following email:
Hello and shalom to the Committee, as well as the Group here,

Slade and I have no case with CPS. Our case was closed out in August of 2001. We have not had
another case opened. In July, 2002, my ex-husband and the Department of Corrections attempted
to have another one opened, but their attempt failed. In September, 2002, when I was thrown in
jail, CPS received another anonymous report and was "concerned" about the children having daycare
while I was incarcerated. (Like Slade didn't know how to get a babysitter, c'mon!) We knew this
would happen and already had safety measures in place. Slade simply never returned their call.
We had a huge support system in our family, friends and church members. Slade moved to Arkansas
while I was in jail waiting for a hearing on my probation being revoked. I won the revocation
and the state released me from probation. I was totally free and clear on February 5th, 2003.
(Slade came to Wisconsin on January 21st, 2003 to join me and wait for me to be released from
probation. We stayed in one of our safe houses. No one ever knew we were there.)
We left together on Feb. 8th. I returned to Wisconsin in the Spring (April)
and assisted Suzanne Shell with a training. I toured with her for about 3 weeks
in Missouri and Wisconsin. Suzanne and I uncovered prosecutorial misconduct in my case and
tampering with evidence. We got it on video. She was falsely arrested. Her charges have
since been dropped and a lawsuit is currently in settlement negotiations.

We also got my ex-husband on video attempting to run us down with his car. I have him to
worry about; he has never stopped "going after me". He has my two children from our marriage.
Both children are failing in school; my son has been hospitalized has tried to burn his father's
home down, is using drugs and in trouble with the law; my daughter is severely depressed and has
begun to run away from home. My ex-husband is currently on probation for a perjury charge reduced
down to obstruction of justice (I think) for lying in the original CPS case against me.

We moved from Arkansas on July 15th last year, as Slade had been accepted at a seminary.
He's working full time and attending seminary full time. We're still in the same place but
are now looking at buying a home. We had a baby in October and her name is Grace. So, we have
six of my eight children with us. The oldest is attending Job Corps and will be 17 next month.
The younger five (ages 7 down to 7 months) are with us. We have had no CPS problems, however,
my ex-husband is constantly trying to find us to make problems for us. We have a Colorado address
and phone number for my children. The Wisconsin courts have that address, plus a Massachusetts address,
and they still retain the Arkansas address.

I have continued working in advocacy, though I have been closing out cases and not taking anymore on.
I'm moving towards a degree in alternative medicine (which I practiced before CPS and found I missed my passion).
I plan to use my degrees to be an expert witness for families destroyed by CPS, plus use my midwifery skills
to help families abused by the system have safe births without a hospital. (Unlicensed practice of medicine)
I also plan to continue to build up the underground railroad I began in 2002. For those of you who didn't know,
well, now you do. I expect absolute confidentiality.
With that said...I'm very "bothered" with the in-fighting with all the groups. I'm being told from several
sources that someone is planning on "taking me and my railroad out". I'm told I've done nothing to this person,
but that the person has a "big ego" and when they see success in others, they take it for themselves. There is
also a potential problem with another person who wants my husband and I to do business with her and we aren't
going to be. She has lately said some things we've taken as threatening and attempting to guilt us into working
with her. I think there may be some retaliation there. I was also involved in the mediation between
Hession/Fredericks and am wondering what will happen with that. Because of these three potential "threats",
Slade wants me to put out on the groups that I've gone back to school full time. I'm signing off on most of
my groups. I plan to keep this group if no one here has any objections. For now, I prefer to keep myself and
my family in the background as much as possible. I don't know if these threats are real, smoke-blowing, or
simply my own CPS Syndrome. I don't think I have a poor working relationship with anyone, but I could be wrong.
If I do, no one has told me.

So, that being said, I plan to keep this group, JFF (until I get booted) and CP_Prosecutions.

I will wait to hear from you all on if you want me to continue.

I think we all know who is lying.
It's evident that once more the story is changing. Let's take a look at how this has evolved over the years.
1. Famtrac was Kays baby
2. Famtrac did not exist.
3. Famtrac was not Kay's baby, it was AFRA's, Renee's and Nancy's.
4. Famtrac is back to being Kay's baby but now she's claiming it's legal.
5. Now AFRA has it's own underground railroad.
6. AFRA, Nancy and Renee had Nothing to do with Famtrac.
7. L H, C K, R W, and S D of AFRA were part of Kay's FamTrak... S F and S N are still running it for Kay on AFRA Groups...
8. Kay and GAH were on the BOD of AFRA until 2006.

Please ladies, get your stories straight, or should I ask Can you keep your stories straight? Let's see if we can place more evidence here to jog your memory.

My opinion of the Bad Advocates List.
I don't know many of the people on it, for one. Cheryl Barnes...her site was
the first one I went to. Someone from there told me to send some money, then
I'd get some help. Well, I didn't HAVE any money and couldn't send any. I
got into one little tift with Ms. Barnes regarding someone from CPS Watch
claiming they had gotten some legislation passed in Missouri. I knew for a
fact that CPS Watch had nothing to do with it. It was Deanna Gallagher, whom
I know personally that's worked her butt off with NO help from CPS Watch. I
stated so on CP_Prosecutions. Cheryl came on saying she had never said
anything like this. I knew Cheryl hadn't, but one of her people did, and she
should have corrected the inconsistency. That's it. I don't have a problem
with her. I don't know if she has a problem with me.
My dealings with Dean Tong were simply....he wanted me to send him quite a
sum of money, then he would give me his expert names and I would be able to
pay them exorbitant amounts of money for their services. I could get that
for free elsewhere. I don't support the rabid father's rights movements.
That's all I know of him. I don't think he's named as a Bad Advocate, but as
a consultant in which the difference is explained. I could be wrong.
I "worked" with John Welker who basically tried to control me. He told me I
was not to return to my husband. I was not to advocate, have more children,
or associate with anyone but people he approved. He wanted to know where I
was 24/7 after I was released from jail. (Dennis Jacques can verify some of
this...he was on the phone while I was in jail and heard some of it.) He
kind of freaked me out. He threatened my husband with a bunch of stuff
because he got pissed that Slade sent out the We Won article. I think he got
pissed at Leo for posting it, too, but I don't know. Maybe it should be named a list of people Kay doesn't like, or People who don't wish to speak with Kay?

I am familiar with the Cygan issue. It was ME who sent that family to her. I
didn't know she was the way she is. Might as well tell you all, since
everything is confidential anyhow...the family staying with her was the
McClarens. I met and know Taylor personally. I sent her to one of my safe
houses in IL., then went to meet her. It was one of MY people who loaded her
stuff up when she went off to Renee's. When she was "booted" from Renee's,
it was MY home she came to next. ( Note here There was an ACTIVE warrant out on this Mom. I would say this was an Illegal dealing of Kay's Famtrac) I saw what she had before Renee and after.
So did my husband. I saw her badly sunburned legs when she arrived at my
home. I do not believe is a liar and believe what she told me went on in
Cygan's home. I am also privy to more information on Ms. Cygan and she is
definitely one to stay away from. I think others need to be warned.
Tom and Aimee D. I don't know. I spoke with each of them one time. They both
seemed pretty nice to me.
I don't know anyone else on the list that I can recall right now. I know
that there are some "supporters" named. I personally like Eric Von Kleist
and think he's an asset. I don't have a problem with him. And of course, our
very own Suey, whom I also don't have a problem with. Suzanne's point of
listing the supporters is a "war tactic". If you strip the bad guy of his
supporters, it shuts them down quicker. Suzanne has told me that she will
take the supporters off if they no longer support the "bad one". I believe
Sue is on there as a mistake. I don't think she supported Aimee. I think Sue
was trying to keep the peace and keep a group going she was moderating. I do
so wish you would say so to Suzanne, Sue, and get yourself removed. However,
I do understand your point in this. Suzanne has also said she would remove
the bad advocate if they came forward and made amends.
I think "bad advocates" need to brought out into the open. Therefore, I
agree with the bad advocate list. I need to know who is trusted and who
isn't in the line of work I'm doing. I can't have any mistakes. I've already
made enough with families being abused by others. It was the Cygan issue
that began this list.Cygan was your test case. If you could convince people of wrong doing you'd eventually expand that list, which you've done
I'd had enough of my families being hurt by others. I
admit it, I'm the one who went to Suzanne asking for ideas on how to deal
with this and how to let others know who to avoid.The Bad Advocate list was an idea you whispered into her ear and as usual she took it as her own
I had McClarens well
documented as I happened to have my own people helping her who were willing
to write affidavits. Suzanne had information from other sources as well.
I also know Suzanne personally and have seen her work. I've seen her
documentation on cases. I've "lived" with her for three weeks, worked on her
film with her, stayed in the same room with her. We worked 18 hour days.
I've seen her speak, deal with the public, get thrown in jail, interview
judges, lawyers, social workers, parents, etc. If she says she has
documentation on the "bad advocates", I would believe her. Face it, you'd swear to anything she said if it helps Kay.
Maybe the list
needs to be called something else or refined. I truly think it's needed. Of course you do. You aren't brave enough to attack anyone on your own, so you hide behind SS and her attack dogs, coordinate the attacks behind the scenes and come up looking like the good guy.

I don't want the Cygans of the movement hurting others. (I only mention her
because I know of this one personally.) I have disagreed with Suzanne on
many occasions and have not suffered the "wrath of Suzanne". I find her easy
to work with, albeit a bit stubborn at times. Stubborn is what makes her so
effective and is a good thing. She didn't back down to the cop harassing us. As I remember it, She stuck the camera in the cop's face. Sounds like the two of you harassed the cops.

She didn't falter a bit. Meanwhile, I was about to pass out from fear. You didn't because you had SS to hide behind, and SS was willing to take the blame. Aren't you lucky she loves being the martyr.

Isn't removing someone from their membership at AFRA a sort of bad advocate
list? Isn't it the same thing, albeit a bit more passive? So Suzanne's way
is more "out there in the open" than AFRA quietly removing someone.
Sometimes, I think things should be out there. Isn't that what we're
about...putting CPS out there for all to see it's abuses? We want CPS to be
accountable (and judges, GALS, etc) why not bad advocates? Why aren't you on there? In my pinion you are Far worse than anyone listed.

Renee Cygan
I read, on the badadvocates.com, that Renee was "investigated" for stealing from a "host family"
and there were NINE independent "witnesses". This was written by Suzanne, and I was wondering why
she would be doing such an investigation? By what authority would she be investigating complaints
for theft? When I asked Kay Henson about this, she wote me an e-mail telling me it was because these
people were underground and could not complain to the police. She also talked to the "victim" before,
during and after this incident and fully backs Suzanne's conclusions in her investigation. So, if Suzanne
was working with the family before she went to stay with Renee and talked to this woman before, during and
after this alleged incident, and talked to several host homes AFTER this incident, does this mean Suzanne is
in some way INVOLVED in this underground railroad? At that time, they were trying to say that time that Renee
was running the railroad, but if that were true, then why in the world would Kay and Suzanne be involved AFTER
this incident, AFTER Renee had been banished and this web page created "because of this incident" and why would
they still have contact with "several of the host homes" after the alleged owner was banished? Now I note
that they're blaming it on Nancy Luckhurst.

Just one small correction:
Taylor was NOT the first on FamTrak.

of "simple battery" after she "admitted spanking her son 15 times, but said she also tried
grounding him, using timeouts and ordering him to do extra chores as forms of discipline, but
nothing worked," The Associated Press reported Aug. 18, 2001. "I spanked him on the bare butt
with my hand," said Henson, who weighs 110 lbs. "This was after a whole summer of this boy misbehaving."
The boy reported to school officials that his mother had spanked him 30 times on his bare buttocks. Henson
could have faced a maximum 10-year prison sentence. "The state's case appears to rely heavily on a photograph
of the boy's buttocks taken after the incident," the local Janesville Gazette reported. "The picture shows the
buttocks almost completely covered with bruises and redness. "A judge said Wednesday that a picture of the
bruised buttocks of a 10-year-old boy shows `extensive reddening,' likely from `multiple or very hard strikes.'
School officials reported the incident to human services, which then reported it to police." All six children,
aged 9 months to 13 years, were taken from Henson's home after the report of the alleged abuse. The four who
belong to her and her current husband were returned two months later, and have now fled the state with their
father. The 10-year-old and his older sister have gone to live with their birth father.
KAY HENSON IN JAIL AGAIN
HER FAMILY IN HIDING
Walworth County, Wisconsin Sept. 13, 2002 -- Kay Hensen has been
jailed on a claim that she has violated her probation in a battery
case. This battery case involved a spanking, using her LEFT HAND,
administered to her son by the right-handed Mrs. Hensen. Mrs. Hensen
is a minister's wife, living in Delavan, Wisconsin. The spanking
incident involved one of her two children from a previous marriage.
Mrs. Hensen has five children from her present marriage.

The initial child abuse report was made by Mrs. Hensen's former
husband, Alan Cardella. This report became a criminal complaint to
which Mrs. Hensen pled "no contest" on the advice of her court
appointed attorney. She was put on probation, and has since been
jailed twice for allegedly violating the conditions of her probation.
The first alleged violation occurred during another investigation of
alleged child abuse. Mrs. Hensen's probation officer at the time,
Eilene Haffey, stated that contacting an attorney would be considered
a violation of her probation. The second alleged probation violation,
for which she is currently jailed, involves reports that the Hensen
children played in the street in front of their home in a residential
area. While jailed, Mrs. Hensen, who has a 9 month old daughter, has
been denied the use of a breast pump. This may result in mastitis and
other health issues.

d clients who got nailed. Just in case it matters to anyone.) Now...why di=
d they get arrested? Because they did something illegal. These people had O=
PEN cases. Some of them kidnapped their children...even at gun point. I had=
nothing to do with those cases. This is why certain people shouldn't be do=
ing any portion of advocacy. They don't get it. They can really harm people=
. I know when to advise a family to move and when not to. Why would anyone =
begrudge me for assisting a family from their children being abused in fost=
er care? Did I use your time? Your money? Your resources, Dennis? Do you li=
ke it when children are beaten, sexually abused, and even murdered in foste=
r care? Do you get off on it? I think it's one of the most terrible things =
going on in the United States. It makes me sick. So sick I'm willing to put=

this abuse and did nothing. GET IT? AFRA did NOT protect the crisis famil=

a fairly regular basis, Dennis? You do what I call hit and run...you hit pe=
ople with emails like this, then have a heart attack or wind up in the hosp=
ital, or whatever. These are worse than a gossiping old biddy. Shame on you=

I repeat, FamTrak (my end of it) is NOT illegal. Assisting in a famil=
y relocating when there is no open case, no court orders, no nothing, is no=
t illegal. There has been nothing illegal done. Haven't any of you heard of=
safe houses in domestic violence situations? It's exactly the same thing. =
I freely gave food, clothing, places to stay, toys. I traveled to meet the=
se people. I got their stories, saw their documentation, made more with the=
m. I won't go into details here and the reason is because if I did, I'd hav=
e more dumbasses who don't know when it's appropriate to do and decide they=
could do this too and harm even more families. That, my friend Dennis, is =
really why FamTrac just wasn't discussed. People are too stupid. From your =
post below, I guess some of the AFRA BOD were too stupid to get it, too. I =
gave of my time, my money, my food, my clothing, my resources, my home, my =
vehicle, etc. And some of you think you have the right to bitch about that =
and dare ask me to donate to this function or that function? Then put out e=

Actually, Kay, it was a group, with Leonard as the focal point. It ma=
y not have been an "official" AFRA policy, but it was a de facto AFRA endea=
vor. Leonard was in contact with you and knew what you were doing. I didn't=
unless something went wrong and Leonard wouldn't take care of it, like Cyg=
an. I know the names of host families, after the fact. I spoke with some o=
f the crisis families and I know which ones were abused, and who abused the=
m. I will confirm Kay's information. . .there were SEVERAL AFRA Board of Di=
rectors who hosted families and were abusive to families. I'm inclined to n=
ame names, and circumstances right here. . .I sure don't have any reason to=
